You should see a list of all your purchases under ‘Activity’ – click the one for Jigsaw World and info will appear. On Android – Go to and sign in with your Google account. Take a screenshot that shows the Order ID and the amount of Coins purchased. On iOS – Go to your purchase history and find the Jigsaw World order. If you can’t find your email receipt, you can find your receipt in your account instead. You can forward this email straight to us, or take a screenshot showing the order number and Coin amount, and send that. The receipt for your purchase will have been emailed to the account used to make the purchase.
We will reply to this asking you to forward us a copy of your receipt for the purchase and we can then get the Coins added for you. Make sure to tell us the exact amount of Coins you purchased. If your Coins do not appear, please use the ‘Contact Us’ button in the menu to let us know what happened – this button will send us your player ID so we can locate your account. Then try turning your device off and on again and see if this makes the Coins appear. It needs to be noted that after each guess, the colour of the tiles will change to show how close your guess was.Please check your internet connection, as the game needs a stable connection to deliver Coins. Once you guess a word you will have to hit the enter button to submit. And any alphabets that are not in the word will be indicated to you in black/grey colour highlights. In case you guess a correct letter but the positioning of the same is wrong then it will be highlighted with the yellow colour. Every time you guess a correct alphabet in its right position in the word you will get a green coloured hint.
You will get six chances to guess the right word consisting of five letters.
